Jo-Anne Ryan - Moderator
JO-ANNE is the VP, Philanthropic Advisory Services, TD Wealth Canada, and the Executive Director and architect of the Private Giving Foundation. TD Wealth, the first Donor Advisor Fund launched by a financial institution in Canada and has led TD’s research efforts around Women and Philanthropy since 2014.
In 2014, TD Wealth published a ground-breaking study on Canadian women and their philanthropy, followed by supplementary reports in 2016 and 2017.
Lucy Stocco
Lucy is Executive Vice President of Tribute Communities and a passionate leader in land development. She champions Tribute’s “Passion for Community” culture and has served on key industry boards.
A dedicated philanthropist, Lucy focuses her volunteer efforts on the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation as a board member since 2016. She also led the Image is Everything campaign, raising over $5 million for the hospital’s first MRI. As well as being a Foundation Board member, when Ajax Pickering Hospital was part of Rouge Valley Health System, Lucy also chaired the Foundation’s Gala for five years. Her ongoing contributions to hospital fundraising reflect a deep commitment to community health.
In recognition of her service, volunteerism and leadership , Lucy has been recognized by her peers in multiple ways including receiving: the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012); BILD’s Stephen Dupuis Community Building Award (2012); and Ontario Tech University’s Presidential Award of Distinction (2024); as well as being inducted into BILD’s Hall of Fame (2023).
Recently, Lucy became a proud grandmother. After raising her son Spencer—a first-generation philanthropist—she’s hopeful that her grandson, Harvey, will one day carry on the legacy.
Lyn Dunlop-Coughlan
Lyn is passionate about health care and philanthropy. The daughter of a father with world-renowned credentials in cardiac research and a mother who was a Harvard-educated nurse, her interest and curiosity in medicine came naturally.
Lyn is proud to be ‘the uber driver’ driving her late husband Jerry Coughlan’s legacy forward. The most influential philanthropist in Durham Region’s history, The Jeremiah F. Coughlan Foundation has contributed over $20 million to causes such as Lakeridge Health, Grandview Kids, the Salvation Army and Trent University. Jerry’s transformative $10 million gift to the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation established the Jerry Coughlan Health & Wellness Centre.
Lyn continues this legacy through her own personal foundation and by service on the boards of the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation and The Jeremiah F. Coughlan Foundation.

Jennifer is the CEO of The Shandex Group, a Canadian leader in distribution and supply chain solutions. With over two decades of experience in business leadership, she is deeply committed to building strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, employees, and communities.

Jennifer is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for young people and fostering a culture of excellence and giving back within her organization.
