MONTHLY DONORS

By becoming a monthly donor to Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation you are supporting our frontline staff every day of the year!

There are several ways you can sign-up to become a monthly donor:

​

1) complete this authorization form and return it to the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation with a VOID cheque or credit card information

​

2) visit or call the Foundation office, and a Foundation team member will take down all your information

​

Donations are automatically processed on the 15th of every month, or the next business day. 

Annual tax receipts are produced each year in time for you to prepare your tax return.

​

3) sign-up through the secure online donation website, CanadaHelps.

​

CanadaHelps processes your donations based on the date you signed up, and emails you your annual tax receipts.

 

In 2023, our monthly donors raised over $83,000 for the Ajax Pickering Hospital. Every day, they are helping our fantastic medical teams save lives, restore health and provide compassionate care to everyone who comes through our doors. The doctors, nurses, volunteers & patients, say a big THANK YOU to you & every single one of our loyal monthly donors.
